16 oz brussel sprouts
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
Go Vegan Parmesan
Heat oil in a cast iron or heavy made skillet for crispyness.
Cut brussel sprouts into halves and saute over medium to high heat adding salt and pepper to taste. Saute for about 5 min.
Add balsamic vinegar and saute for another 3 minutes to coat.
Remove from heat and place in serving dish.
Sprinkle with preferred parmesan and serve.
