Mia Verde does not offer refunds. Items may be returned for exchange only. Please e-mail Mia Verde customer service at info@miaverde within 7 days of receiving your order. A store credit will be issued in the amount of the item(s) received. Discounts and shipping fees are excluded from store credit balances. All items are inspected for defects before shipped out. We cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed or altered. If an item is considered damaged yet repairable, a 20% restocking fee will be applied before a credit is issued.
