RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Mia Verde does not offer refunds. Items may be returned for exchange only. Please e-mail Mia Verde customer service at info@miaverde within 7 days of receiving your order. A store credit will be issued in the amount of the item(s) received. Discounts and shipping fees are excluded from store credit balances. All items are inspected for defects before shipped out. We cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed or altered. If an item is considered damaged yet repairable, a 20% restocking fee will be applied before a credit is issued. You are responsible for the return shipping charges to and from Mia Verde. It is recommended that you ship your package with insurance using a traceable shipping method.
Non-returnable Items includes:
Jewelry, accessories, makeup, intimates (swimwear and waist trainers)
***All non-returnable items will be denied and with the costs of the customer will be returned.
Upon receiving your return, we will review the items for approval or disapproval of your return within 2-4 business days. After processing and approving your return, you will receive notification via email. After receiving notification, you’ll receive your store credit via email within 1-3 business days.
